Business Coaching
Being Unreasonable, Inc. works with business leaders and managers of profitable, small to mid-sized companies that wish to take their success to the next level. The coaching process consists of defining “what’s so” in the organization, envisioning “what’s possible,” and determining the missing pieces that are keeping the business from achieving its full potential. After making financial and cultural assessments, the coach then works with the organization’s leaders to develop action plans, and then holds the leaders accountable for plan implementation. Leaders are coached through the many obstacles that inevitably crop up when implementing their plan, teaching them to overcome interruptions and produce results.
In a typical coaching relationship, the coach meets with business leader several times each month for a period of one year.
