Our unconventional name springs from the simple truth that doing what’s “reasonable” and expected is often what’s holding a business back. Through a proven system of business coaching, Being Unreasonable, Inc. coaches business leaders to define what they want from their business and professional life, and then works with them to achieve those goals. Identifying barriers to greater success and creating plans to overcome those barriers are key components of the coaching process.

Being Unreasonable, Inc. was founded in 2007 by Darcie Rochon, a certified Business Coach with 5 years of business coaching experience and over 15 years of experience as a successful business owner and entrepreneur. She has trained leaders from all walks of life to be better managers, leaders, and to better know their own technical abilities. Darcie loves to ignite people’s passion and is never reluctant to have the difficult conversations that wake people up and inspire them to create the business that they truly desire.

In addition to managing Being Unreasonable, Inc., Darcie owns and operates a chain of salons throughout western Wisconsin. She lives near Somerset with her husband and two daughters.
